With the Divo, Bugatti continues its tradition of naming cars after legendary racing drivers. Born in 1895 in France of Italian descent, Albert Divo was an air force pilot and mechanic before beginning his motorsport career in 1919. He joined BUGATTI in 1928, immediately claiming the legendary Targa Florio in Sicily in a BUGATTI Type 35, before repeating the feat only a year later. Divo ended his driving career in 1939 but remained active in the sport. In 1962 he was a founding member of the Club International des Anciens Pilotes de Grand Prix F1 (F1 Grand Prix Drivers’ Club).
The Divo is the most agile and dynamic car, Bugatti has ever created. Combining heart-stopping acceleration and greater downforce, it is made to excite. A car built for corners. Thanks to its optimal handling performance, the Divo dances nimbly through curves; every bend becomes an exhilarating moment, a thrill that endures. 8 Ltr. W16 Engine with 4 turbochargers with Bugatti 2-stage turbocharging and intercooling.
Power Output? 1,500 hp at 6,700 rpm Max. How insane is that?
