Order issues
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Packages to Europe generally arrive within a week, while those overseas under two weeks.
My order arrived damaged. What shall I do?
Please do not accept packages that appear damaged. Pass them back to the delivery company and inform me immediately. If, however, there was no damage visible from the outside of the package, please inform me right away via email and provide photos of the damaged product in its entirety, as well as a photo of the full shipping label and I’ll get a replacement shipped to you right away.
I received a wrong item/s. What shall I do?
Please inform me immediately via email and provide a photo of the wrong product and your order number.
My package still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
For tracking information please follow the instructions in the “Shipping confirmation” email. If it seems to be stuck at some point in the tracking, please give it a few more days. Your package may have been held back by customs or sorting facility at the post office. If you are unable to track your package or it's taking too long to arrive, e-mail me at info@revolicius.com and I’ll do my best to help you resolve the situation.
Payments & delivery
Where do you ship?
Revolicius ships worldwide. Please be aware that your shipment may be subject to a customs/import fee. International customers are responsible for any custom/import fees charged by their country. Check your government’s policies, as each country differs regarding this matter.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, you can choose it from the menu when placing your order. If you have any special requirements regarding your package, please contact me via email prior to placing the order. Also, consider that there may be delays during the import/customs inspection.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you will be sent tracking details via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t think you’ve received it. Also check the tracking information if you feel your package has been delayed, as sometimes the note from a courier can get lost.
My credit card payment doesn’t seem to be accepted. What's wrong?
Should you be experiencing payment difficulties via credit card, then please use the PayPal credit card alternative – this allows you to pay by credit card without actually needing a Paypal account.
Returns & refunds
How do I return something to you?
If you have a problem with your order, inform me as soon as possible (up to 7 days after delivery) via email and I will find a solution for you. If you are returning goods to me, always include your order number in the package.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, because I can’t guarantee I’ll receive your returned item.
Have you received my returned items?
Once I receive an item back from you, I will contact you as soon as I can.
Can I exchange an item instead of requesting a refund?
This is not always possible, however if you do want to make this request, please inform me as soon as possible (no later than 7 days after delivery) via email and I will help you find a solution.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Revolicius generally, do not cover the additional charges for shipping items back, however I am open to suggestions and always happy to discuss your situation directly – so, please get in touch.
